Stan Tebow

Stan Tebow is a successful insurance agent and entrepreneur. Since 1984 he has used his lighthearted communication style to build the largest Allstate Agency in the state of Alaska, and one of the largest in the country.

An Alaskan for 50 years, he now resides in Post Falls Idaho where he shares a multi-generational home with his beautiful wife Judy, his oldest son Adam, Adam’s wife, Madison, as well as his two grandchildren, Charlotte and Grayson. An avid hunter and fisherman, he spends a lot of time outdoors.

During his agency ownership, Stan has won several of the top company awards including the Allstate Honor Ring 30 times and the coveted Hall of Fame, which has less than 400 total members since its inception.

Stan believes that proper culture beats strategy in the workplace. Hard work and being open to new ideas are key while maintaining the integrity of the business’s core values. Success doesn’t happen overnight. Patience and clear focus will always win over chasing the next “shiny thing”.
