Judy Tebow

My Story

I have been in management in one form or another for my entire career. I started in the healthcare field both in the US and internationally, working with doctors, nurses, and support staff from all over the world. When I left healthcare, I went to work for the family insurance agency and became VP of Operations and EOS Integrator as it grew.

Outside of work, I joined the local volunteer fire department and became a certified EMS and Fire Fighter.

My track record of success tells you everything you need to know about how I work. Within a year of starting most of my positions, I was promoted into management; I was offered an extension on every contract I took, head-hunted for a Director of Nursing position, and recognized as Firefighter of the Year. Whatever I do, I do it with determination, commitment, passion, and purpose.

I started working in the family insurance agency on an as-needed basis—providing assistance and support with logistics, taxes, and filing. In 2012 as the business grew, I joined full time, managing Human Resources, Operations, and Bookkeeper functions. In 2019, after expanding to 3 locations and 15 staff, the agency adopted the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS). My role became integrator–the company’s conductor within the EOS system. I delegated and monitored the progress of broad objectives, ensuring that all departments shared vision and commitment to achieving company goals and taking action to realign as needed.

Promoting the development of employees by providing a range of assignments, resources, and learning and growth opportunities engages and excites them. I am committed to helping team members learn, grow, and achieve goals they thought were beyond their reach. My daily mantra is Encourage, Empower, and Uplift All.”

I want to work alongside a privately owned small company (< 250 people) that needs help. Using my assessment, strategizing, and implementation skills and my EOS integration experience, I’ll help the business attain a higher level of efficiency, profitability, and success. My goal is to leave a company much better off than I found it, positioned for long-term success.

Stan Tebow

My Story

Stan Tebow is a successful insurance agent and entrepreneur. Since 1984 he has used his lighthearted communication style to build the largest Allstate Agency in the state of Alaska, and one of the largest in the country.

An Alaskan for 50 years, he now hales from Post Falls Idaho where he shares a multi-generational home with his beautiful wife Judy, his oldest son Adam and his wife Madison, as well as their two children Charlotte and Grayson. An avid hunter and fisherman, he spends a lot of time outdoors.

During his agency ownership, Stan has won several of the top company awards including the Allstate Honor Ring 30 times and the coveted Hall of Fame, which has less than 400 total members since its inception.

Stan believes that proper culture beats strategy in the workplace. Hard work and being open to new ideas are key while maintaining the integrity of the business’s core values. Success doesn’t happen overnight. Patience and clear focus will always win over chasing the next “shiny thing”.

As a certified Grant Cardone 10X Business Coach and Mentor, Stan hopes to inspire and train others to 10X their ideas, businesses, and dreams.

Elie Pleticha

My Story

As Next Level’s Executive Assistant, Elie helps with a variety of day-to-day tasks to ensure that the business runs smoothly. Elie has loved helping Next Level Consulting reach their own Next Level, working with Judy and her clients for their individual needs. With a background in speech and debate and experience in teamwork and problem-solving, Elie brings a strong organizational skill set to the table.

Elie grew up in North Washington and moved to North Idaho with her family in 2017. Since moving to Idaho, Elie has been a Barista and Server, and after performing in both of those positions for 5 years, she was ready to look for something new. That’s when she found Next Level Consulting and has been thriving ever since.

In her free time, Elie is a music composer who discovered her passion for music through her love of film. Her love of film music led her to Full Sail University, where she attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Production and Science. Elie’s long-term goal is to become a film score composer for film and media. Outside of work, you may often find Elie doing music-related activities: swing and ballroom dancing with her family and friends, playing worship music at her local church or creating another film.
